NATIONAL EMPLOYEE PLACEMENT CENTER (NEPC)

When putting in for a transfer, you must include all the plants
you want the first time you call, otherwise when you call
back and attempt to add plants, it will say you are ineligible
and
you must delete all previous applications and start over.
You can select
as many plants as you want, but you can only turn down three
offers in a calendar year.
