The purpose of this forum is to allow the membership of UAW Local 1999 an opportunity to express themselves on topics of interest to them. Unlike the previous Bulletin Board, which is viewable by the public, access to this forum is restricted to members of UAW Local 1999.

The rules for the forum are pretty straight forward. Since it is funded by Local Union funds the Guidelines of the International Union concerning the appropriate use of Local Union Funds apply.

The rules:

1. Comments disparaging another union member, official or the UAW will be removed.
2. Items that violate the privacy of an individual will be removed.
3. Items that violate copyright or other law will be removed.
4. The poster is solely responsible for their own comments. The poster agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify UAW Local 1999 from any damages arising from or related to use of the forum.
